How much solar power do I need?
Weekend users often need 120–200 W; frequent off-grid and winter travellers should consider 240–400 W and a suitable lithium battery.
Does solar charge in winter?
Yes, at reduced yield. Back-contact modules and an MPPT controller make the most of diffuse light.
Can the system be expanded later?
Often yes. We plan controller, cabling and reserves with future expansion in mind.
